From Monday 26th July until Tuesday 31st August, morning swimming will commence at 7.30am.
There will be no swimming on Bank Holiday Monday 30th August. Swimming at Ardingly will be reduced to a 1 hour session throughout August (commencing 29th July). Normal landtraining sessions for squads will recommence on Sunday 1st September. All other sessions remain unchanged. |
