East Grinstead Swimming Club are pleased to announce the launch of a one2one coaching service.
The service will offer swimmers dedicated time with a coach to work on specific strokes or skills. iPad’s will be used during the session to take short films which provide instant feedback, then at the end of the session an underwater camera is used to film the swimmer from above, head-on and from the side.
There is a charge for this service, however all the money generated goes straight back into the club. The coach’s time will be given voluntarily.

When a session is booked, an application form must be completed and pay via the TeamApp Online shop prior to the session.
